Few important steps before you send the files

Send the files in the highest possible quality

• 24 bit 44100 wave or aiff file is preferred with signal levels up to -3dbfs
• The mix must be exported   with no processing on the master channel (no dynamic, e.q .or effect processing)
• The audio wave or aiff, file of the final mix has to have all peaks untouched and that means leaving headroom somewhere from -12 dbfs , to -3 dbfs  
• the point of this is that no peak in the signal at any point in the file does not touch 0 dbfs threshold (clipping point where digital distortion happens)
